Our largest powder coated steel post kit — built for bigger spans and heavier roof loads. The 100mm post anchors to a heavy 10mm base plate with four dynabolts for maximum strength. Kit price includes the powder coated foot plate cover.

When you need more from your post kit — bigger patio spans, heavier insulated panel roofs, or engineer-specified builds — the 100mm heavy-duty kit is the answer. It uses a 100mm powder coated steel post anchored to a heavy 10mm CFW base plate, with G300 4mm support angles welded directly to the plate for a rigid, no-flex footing connection.

Four M12 dynabolts (minimum 75mm embedment) hold the base plate to the concrete — significantly more anchorage than our 65mm kits. The beam connects via two M12 hex bolts with anti-crush sleeves. The post is galvanised steel under the powder coat, giving you corrosion protection inside the finish.

Includes a powder coated die-cast aluminium foot plate cover for a clean, finished look at the base.
