SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All products sold by Factory Direct Roofing are custom-made to order.
Once an order has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as materials are cut and manufactured specifically for your project.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct prior to purchase, including measurements, quantities, and product selection.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.
Your purchases are subject solely to our Returns, Warranty & Damaged Goods Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.
Prices may exclude delivery unless otherwise stated.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Factory Direct Roofing is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, manufacturing lead times, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Once goods are dispatched or made available for collection, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Customers must inspect all goods at the time of delivery. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery docket and reported within 7 days.

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is owned by Factory Direct Roofing and may not be reproduced without permission.

- Damage after delivery
- Labour costs associated with replacement
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to replacement of the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
SECTION 16 - CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All products are manufactured to order based on customer specifications.
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
- Products are custom-made
- Orders cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind
- You are responsible for accuracy of all details
