65mm Post Kit — Powder Coated Steel

A complete powder coated steel post kit for patios, pergolas and carports. Choose your bracket style, length and colour at checkout — all hardware included.

The 65mm post kit gives you everything needed to anchor a powder coated steel post from concrete footing to beam. All four bracket styles use the same 65mm post section — the difference is in how the post connects at the top (to the beam) and how the base fixes to the footing.

U-Bracket styles connect the post to the beam via a U-shaped bracket. The base uses a single M12 dynabolt (minimum 50mm embedment) into the concrete footing.

• U-Bracket Self-Drilling — beam connection uses tek screws. Fast to install, no hex bolts required. Available in 2400 / 3000 / 3500 / 4000mm.
• U-Bracket Bolt Fixed — beam connection uses an M12 hex head bolt, nut and washer. Stronger, more positive connection preferred by many builders. Available in 2400 / 3000 / 3500 / 4000mm.

Welded Tab styles connect the post to the beam via a precision-welded tab with M12 hex bolts and anti-crush sleeves. The base uses two M12 dynabolts (minimum 50mm embedment) for greater footing anchorage. Available in 2400 / 3000 / 4000 / 5500mm.

• Welded Tab — External Base Plate — bracket welded to a flat plate that sits on top of the slab. Highly visible, very strong base. Suits exposed or industrial-style builds.
• Welded Tab — Internal Bracket — bracket fits inside the post base for a neater, cleaner finish. Better suited to visible areas like patios and entertaining spaces.

All styles are available in Off White, Ebony or Galvanised (unpainted). The post is galvanised steel under the powder coat — corrosion protection built in regardless of the finish you choose.
